At our first spiritual development group in the New Year on Tuesday 7th January, time was given to catching up with everyone after the Yuletide Break, sharing their feelings and experiences. The group then did some Inner Child Oracle Work that a group member had asked to bring in, which was very well received. A Chakra Cleansing  Visualisation followed. A vortex of light was brought in to the Chakra System and Energy Field ( Aura ) down the body to the feet connecting to the earth and then returning upwards to the crown, balancing the Energy Matrix.  The energies felt good throughout the evening and everyone went home feeling relaxed and revived.
